Heart is racing, thoughts and emotions are in a jumble, you can't take it anymore. I've been there and so have many others. #2 Learn to hack your nervous system - to bring internal balance.

#1 We are in charge of our own body, mind and spirit. There are many ways to gain skill at reducing stress and directing how you experience your own mind and body, and this is one of the quickest ways.
