 Remote work creates two situations at once. The reality of disconnection from the water-cooler, visibility and recognition as well as over connection of attending too many zoom meetings to get work done, to communicate, and to be seen. Both are exhausting and create stress. Not to mention that for those that must remain at home to work, we are either isolated and alone, never alone and doubly challenged by the care of children and extended family. While each of our situations is unique. The constant in all of this is how we lead ourselves through the thick of change and uncertainty.
