Mindfulness walks

Slow down, have fun, and connect with breath, body and nature. Each leisurely walk is guided by spiritual guide and coach, Dr. Bena Long. Each mindfulness walk will cover a different area of interest and be 60 minutes long.

We begin with a topic and point of focus, then we use this as our practice as we walk slowly and purposefully to experience ourselves renewed, calm and invigorated. We will integrate walking meditation practices and gentle, easily accessible movement. We complete the walk with discussion about the experience connecting to nature, ourselves and each other.

Wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes as we walk the nature trails together. Please bring a water bottle and and preparations for your comfort.

Time: 9 - 10am

Where: Tyler State Park - specific locations revealed after registration for the event.

Cost: $350 (discounted from $599) per person for a whole program series of 5 walks. (Intended for ages 13 and up)

Weather permitting - If the weather is too bad to walk we will add onto the next Sunday until the series is completed. There are no make ups for missed walks and non refundable.

Once the 10 spots are taken, we can put you on a wait list for the next series.
