Discipline is not a four letter word!

You just read this word and you probably cringed. Yet, it is integral to achieving so much of the life and lifestyle you live. Let's not be so hard on the word or ourselves. Let's reframe discipline and see it in a new light.  

What do you do because you just enjoy it?

It takes no effort at all; I would even say it is effortless effort for me to eat chocolate. If I have chocolate in my house, I will eat it. If I have no chocolate in my house I will go to the store and buy it. Then it will be in my house and I will eat it. You see I am very disciplined.

What are you disciplined at?
