 Team Member Comments:

“Personally, the techniques have helped me to not get frustrated so easily.”

“I was dealing with internal anxiety and afraid to make decisions on my own because I was unable to speak my opinion without it causing a problem. Post training…. I am more aware of my own thoughts and that a lot of stress and fear created internally was not real.  I use to suffer from crippling anxiety attacks that felt like a heart attack… I do not get them at all anymore.”

“The biggest shift was the atmosphere became encouraging and inspiring”

“Before the changes we would work as individuals in our own roles. Now we are a team and can rely on one another.”

We are collaborative, and it inspires me”

Results:

·       After one year of training with Bena Long and Associates sales force productivity doubled. Each salesperson started with a contribution of 17% to the sales revenue. Within one year the contribution of each salesperson went up to 33%.

·       The team’s ability to manage themselves, manage their professional relationships and access the best of each other was improved. The team learned to perform with emotional intelligence and without stress, to manage emotional reactions and respond effectively in a timely manner. Free of stress reactions the team was able to think innovatively, perform with instinct, vision and intuition, fuel productivity and enthusiasm; and built trust in one another.

·       Created a collaborative work environment.
