Results:

For Sales Leads

"It's making us more productive as a team and individually. We are able to get our thoughts clear and clearly knowing what to do."

"I do feel competitive to excel myself and spur other salespeople on by helping each other. Being both competitive and collaborative for the team. "

"We are going in the right direction now. Sometimes I get a little scared when as we grow and bring more people on board that they fit in – I want to make sure that new people integrate. As salespeople we really care for each other – I will cover for you, and we are now there for each other."

 For Finance Lead

"I was a different person before the training. I was dealing with internal anxiety and afraid to make decisions on my own because previous Executives were not receptive to my speaking up. Post coaching, I am more aware of my own thoughts and that a lot of the stress was self-created fear and was not real. Also, dynamics of team changed a lot and new people integrated and opened up , it is much better, we are synergized as a whole."

For Operations Lead

"Before the coaching there was so no collaboration or trust. With the coaching we can talk freely now. I started to trust and become more committed. I grew up doing team sports. With the coaching it started to feel like we were all trying to succeed at something together. This made me feel better. So now I use reframing instead of getting frustrated."
