Hi I’m Dr. Bena Long

Bena pronounced like Be Nah. Although I like to joke you can call me Be Now! That’s always a good reminder.

We never thought things could get any crazier… and here we are. So now what? Time to take control and be the change! You’ve got this and I am cheering you on as we tap into your favorite version of yourself.

Dr. Bena's teaching of thousands of individuals looking to de-stress, build resilience, and experience spiritual awakening led to individual and group lessons that soon evolved into spiritual retreats, university courses, and business workshops. Including visiting presenter for International, National and Regional Institutions such as INSEAD/Wharton Executive Education in Sales, General Management and SII Programs, Temple University's Engineering Management, and DeSales University MBA. 

Dr. Bena coaches global leaders working within a multinational context. Executives on cross cultural and repatriation assignments across industries in the Fortune 500 such as Johnson and Johnson, Barclays Capital, Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, and Merck. With coaching results that include inclusion to successfully lead multi-cultural team and cross- cultural company, promotions attained, team trust developed, company growth and sustainable organizational cultural change, increased self and team awareness of strengths for better collaboration and results.

Additionally, Dr. Bena furthers research and peer-reviewed article writing, along with authorship of industry-leading publications on 'mindfulness in leadership.' within recognized community of experts. She holds a Masters of Science Management in Business and Intercultural Relations along with her Ph.D. in Organizational Development on Mindfulness in Leadership.

Dr. Bena enjoys helping clients and organizations evolve. She balances her active life with the quiet, cloistered endeavor of silence where everything is dedicated to the study of the mind and being within.
